On 7 October 2026, project partners gathered online for the First Monitoring Meeting to review progress, discuss ongoing activities and coordinate the next steps.

The meeting provided an opportunity to present the project’s website, including its main features and resources, and to discuss upcoming communication activities.

Particular attention was given to the research activities on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the agri-food sector, including the ongoing desk research and the collection of good practices, policies and initiatives from participating countries.

During the meeting, partners were also introduced to the project’s Expert Board, a group of experts who will provide scientific and technical guidance, contribute their expertise and support the quality and relevance of the project’s activities and outcomes.

Finally, partners reviewed the project timetable and upcoming milestones, reaffirming their commitment to effective cooperation and the successful implementation of the project.
